The induction tasks we manage

Mine site inductions can be complex. We streamline the process to get workers site-ready faster—and also manage renewal compliance.

Proof of identity documents, employment contract or letter of engagement, tax file number declaration and super forms, and relevant qualifications. This includes trade licenses, high-risk work tickets and industry certifications (e.g. White Card) required for site access.

Pre-employment medical assessment, functional fitness test and mental health questionnaire.

General mining induction (Standard 11 QLD, Mining Induction in WA), site-specific forms covering safety procedures, emergency protocols, PPE requirements, risk awareness and hazard identification training, permit to work documentation (for high-risk tasks).

Workers signing off on-site safety rules and emergency procedures, fatigue management and fit for work policy, environmental and cultural heritage compliance documents, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) or JSEA (Job Safety Environmental Analysis) if required.

Issuing site access cards and ID badges, vehicle and equipment permits (if applicable), and contractor or visitor induction forms (if not a direct employee).

Manage expiries of workforce licences/tickets, documents and inductions to ensure ongoing compliance.

The time it takes to book an induction really depends on what kind is required. However, our team is familiar with site processes and always strives to organise the induction as soon as possible for your worker.

Yes, if a driver’s licence expires and isn’t updated in the induction portal, the entire induction will become invalid until it’s updated. The same applies to medicals, training competencies, induction approval forms, and letters of competency.

Absolutely. We already manage this for many of our clients. Once your insurances, such as CMI Workers Compensation or Public & Products Liability Insurance, are renewed, simply send us a copy. Our team will ensure they’re updated across induction portals and relevant clients, keeping your company compliant.

We securely store all worker and company documentation using our custom, encrypted software solution. This system is set up to generate expiry reports for both worker and company documents, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

Yes! We can organise any medical or training requirements to get workers on-site, such as Coal Board Medicals, Work Safely at Heights, TRG Hot Works, and Electrical Training.
